We offer culturally competent case management, treatment planning, medication monitoring, and referrals, mental health support and more services to our clients.

The goal of our program is to focus on treatment planning to identify the needs of each individual so that we can establish a continuum of services that address substance abuse/ mental health issues, education and workforce barriers, and recidivism. Our approach includes providing resources and support to help clients stay out of the criminal justice system and conducting assessments to determine pre- and post-release needs of the returning citizen.

We develop individualized service plans for each client to identify their unique needs. We offer drug-free, transitional housing as we help clients to find stable and affordable housing options. Our clients also have access to Narcotics Anonymous meetings, parenting classes, childcare, nutritional services, life skills programs and more.
